Yardload: Landscape Calculator works fully on your device. We do not collect, store or share any personal data, and the app has no account, no analytics and no advertising.

Your data

Everything you enter stays in the app's storage on your device. It is never sent to us or to third parties, apart from the services listed below. If you create a backup or an export, you choose where the file goes.

Downloads

The app checks our server at appfactory.pro for updates to its material library and build-up templates. These requests contain no personal data, and we keep no logs of them.

Other services

• Map imagery comes from Apple Maps, which receives the map area you view under Apple's privacy policy.
• Filling in a site address from GPS uses Apple's geocoding service, which receives that position.
• Before showing the map, the app checks that tiles.openfreemap.org answers. That request carries no personal data.

Purchases

Optional purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their privacy policies. We receive no payment details.

Permissions

The app asks for each of these only when you use the feature that needs it, and you can change it in your device settings at any time:

• Location, while you use the app — to walk the edge of a zone with GPS or fill in the site address. Your location is not sent to us.
• Camera — to take photos of zones for your estimates.
• Photos — to add zone photos and your company logo to estimates.
• Notifications — for the follow-up reminders you set. They are scheduled on your device.

Data retention and deletion

We hold no data about you, so there is nothing for us to keep or delete. Your records stay on your device until you delete them in the app or delete the app, which removes all of its data. Backups and exports you saved yourself stay where you put them until you delete them.

Emails to support

If you write to us, we receive your email address and what you send. We use them only to answer you, do not share them with anyone else, and delete the correspondence when you ask.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
